Dr. Kaye Riolo

Medical Director and visionary for Esteem Med Spa, Dr. Kaye Riolo is a well-respected board-certified plastic surgeon in the Central Valley. Her work speaks for herself, with over 300 5-star ratings on review platforms for her aesthetic work.

Her expertise and philosophy in creating natural results has led her to hire only the best staff. Her unique approach to making people feel and look their best at every age and the results she delivers has consequently created a large following of clients. She prides herself on offering services that provide the results many travel outside of the Central Valley to find. 

Graduating with honors from Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Dr. Riolo gained an appreciation for patient care early on. During her career as a nurse, she  was told she was too old and there weren’t woman MD’s. This opinion didn’t end up diverting her too long, as she realized she wanted to become a surgeon against any odds. Dr. Riolo made a career change as an RN to an MD,  at prestigious universities in Pittsburgh, New York, and Washington, being admitted to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She spent a year acquiring additional training in craniofacial surgery, specifically caring for children with congenital facial deformities.  

In 1991, Dr. Riolo began her surgical career in Illinois before moving her practice to Pennsylvania and ultimately landing in Fresno, California, her current home. In late 2013, Dr. Riolo launched her current plastic surgery practice to create a serene environment in which she could provide a personalized, thoughtful approach to every patient.
