Can PRP treatments regrow my hair?
Most patients enjoy great results using PRP treatments. For individuals with conditions that cause hair loss, like thyroid disease or lupus, PRP treatments are not recommended and likely won’t be effective.
How many PRP sessions are needed for me to see hair growth?
Many of our patients see significant hair growth after at least 3 sessions. After 4 treatment sessions, we may recommend subsequent, follow-up treatments at 6 months and 12 months.
Are PRP treatments painful?
Generally, the PRP treatment process is not painful. However, you may experience discomfort and minimal, temporary pain following the treatments.
